6:30- Woke up
6:40- ENERGY SNACK
1 cup Quaker Oat Squares
7:00am- CORE SYNERGISTICS
Doing this one in place of Yoga from now on.
Half of a Grapefruit (from our backyard!)
Protein Shake (that I meant to have with breakfast
