9/90 (January 9, 2011)

  • life bar (banana walnut)
  • water
5:30am- CARDIO X
  • I was a little more disappointed in this one this time. It took forever to get to actual heart pumping cardio. They stretched and stretched and did some Yoga. It was 15 min of actual Cardio, which I think is too short. I did sweat  a lot in the 15 min before cool down though.
7:00am-BREAKFAST (on the way to church)
  • life bar
  • a few apple slices
10:00am- SNACK
  • Life bar (bad decesion = too many carbs and i felt "ugh")
  • rest of the apple slices
  • water
1:00pm- LUNCH
  • Salad (lettuce, pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pinapple, grilled chicken)
