6:30am- Got up after hitting the snooze many times
6:35am-ENERGY SNACK
- apple slices
- peanut butter
- It actually gets harder and harder in a good way. It's because I am becoming more and more able to slowly hold the proper form of the exercises. So hard. So SO hard. I think it might be my favorite one.
8:15am- BREAKFAST
- protein powder and milk
- 3 egg whites, spinach
- half of a smoothie
- water
11:00am- SNACK
- banana walnut life bar
2:00pm- LUNCH
- Progresso soup (vegetable)
- 2 small slices of italian bread
- other half of smoothie
- water
5:30pm- DINNER
- cereal
8:30pm- SNACK
- frozen fruit
- vanilla yogurt
