14/90 (January 14, 2011)

Friday
6:30am- Got up after hitting the snooze many times


6:35am-ENERGY SNACK
  • apple slices
  • peanut butter
6:45am- CORE SYNERGISTICS

  • It actually gets harder and harder in a good way. It's because I am becoming more and more able to slowly hold the proper form of the exercises. So hard. So SO hard. I think it might be my favorite one.

8:15am- BREAKFAST
  • protein powder and milk
  • 3 egg whites, spinach
  • half of a smoothie
  • water
11:00am- SNACK
  • banana walnut life bar
2:00pm- LUNCH 
  • Progresso soup (vegetable)
  • 2 small slices of italian bread
  • other half of smoothie
  • water
5:30pm- DINNER
  • cereal
8:30pm- SNACK
  • frozen fruit 
  • vanilla yogurt


13/90 (January 13, 2011)

8:00am- BREAKFAST


  • Apple slices, peanut butter
  • Pretty sure I had a peice of cheesecake (what the heck?)




12:00pm- LUNCH


  • new england chowder
  • apple slices
  • water
3:00pm- SNACK


  • Smoothie (frozen fruit, lowfat vanilla)
  • oatmeal cookies (3)

6:00pm- DINNER
  • Made spaghetti sauce and noodles for the kids, and ate too much while making it for them.
  • cereal
  • water
9:00pm- KEMPO X
  • I know I know... 9pm??? What the heck. 
  • I got my new phone during their naps (new toy to play with) so that was distracting, and I cleaned and the kids didn't sleep. Cole came home and I asked him to do it with me that night. We worked out together and I loved that we were able to do that. Thank you babe.
Tomorrow I have core synergistics. Joy. I will be better disciplined tomorrow. I will. In the meantime, p90x day 13... CHECK! Time to go to bed.

6:20am- ENERGY SNACK

6:30am- CORE SYNERGISTICS (Instead of Yoga)
  • I am going to start substituting the days I'm supposed to do Yoga, and do Core Synergistics instead. I'll get more of a workout since I can do the Core Synergistics. Then maybe one day, I'll be able to do the Yoga.
7:30am-BREAKFAST
  • 3 egg whites, spinach, diced tomatoes
  • water
9:30am- SNACK
  • cashews
12:30am- LUNCH
  • veggie noodles, zucchini, broccoli, soy stir fry
  • white grape juice
  • tuna
3:00pm- SNACK
  • smoothie
5:30pm-DINNER
  • ham
  • green peas
  • scalloped potatoes
  • water
10:20pm- SNACK
  • protein shake
Today was WONDERFUL. Love working out in the morning. p90X day eleven... CHECK. Goodnight world!

9:00pm- SNACK
  • yogurt (lowfat blueberry)
  • water
I hate when I workout during their naptime. I'll try not to do that often. My kids woke up in the middle of it so I had to set up a teaparty and push play again. ha. And then didn't have time to shower. Prob shouldn't have the same thing for lunch and dinner in the future. AM workouts are a winner. Day Ten of P90X.... CHECK. Nite!

9/90 (January 9, 2011)

5:30am- CARDIO X
  • I was a little more disappointed in this one this time. It took forever to get to actual heart pumping cardio. They stretched and stretched and did some Yoga. It was 15 min of actual Cardio, which I think is too short. I did sweat  a lot in the 15 min before cool down though.
7:00am-BREAKFAST (on the way to church)
  • life bar
  • a few apple slices
10:00am- SNACK
  • Life bar (bad decesion = too many carbs and i felt "ugh")
  • rest of the apple slices
  • water
1:00pm- LUNCH
  • Salad (lettuce, pecans, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pinapple, grilled chicken)
