8:00am- BREAKFAST

10:00am- SNACK
  • life bar
12:00pm- LUNCH
  • Chicken salad on
  • half a bagel thin
  • green tea
  • apple slices

2:30pm- SHOULDERS AND ARMS

4:00pm-SNACK
  • fruit smoothie w/ protein powder

6:00pm- DINNER
  • Chicken salad on
  • half a bagel thin
  • apple slices
  • green tea
9:00pm- SNACK
  • yogurt (lowfat blueberry)
  • water
I hate when I workout during their naptime. I'll try not to do that often. My kids woke up in the middle of it so I had to set up a teaparty and push play again. ha. And then didn't have time to shower. Prob shouldn't have the same thing for lunch and dinner in the future. AM workouts are a winner. Day Ten of P90X.... CHECK. Nite!
