Friday
6:30am- Got up after hitting the snooze many times


6:35am-ENERGY SNACK
  • apple slices
  • peanut butter
6:45am- CORE SYNERGISTICS

  • It actually gets harder and harder in a good way. It's because I am becoming more and more able to slowly hold the proper form of the exercises. So hard. So SO hard. I think it might be my favorite one.

8:15am- BREAKFAST
  • protein powder and milk
  • 3 egg whites, spinach
  • half of a smoothie
  • water
11:00am- SNACK
  • banana walnut life bar
2:00pm- LUNCH 
  • Progresso soup (vegetable)
  • 2 small slices of italian bread
  • other half of smoothie
  • water
5:30pm- DINNER
  • cereal
8:30pm- SNACK
  • frozen fruit 
  • vanilla yogurt
