Workout:
- Plyometrics
- I was supposed to do Kenpo X but just feel like nothing is worth doing other than Plyometrics. If Kenpo is there to be "cardio" for me, why not just do Plyo instead and get 3xs the workout? Anyone know of a reason I should not be substituting? I substitute Core Synergistics for Yoga (because I hate it and can't hold the poses and it's so freakin long), and then substitute Plyometrics instead of doing Cardio X or Kenpo X.
Today I ate:
- Kashi honey square cereal mixed with granola with skim milk
- Ham sandwich (prob should've opted for a ham salad but it was good)
- half an apple
- green tea
- blueberry fat free yogurt
- ham salad (ham, lettuce, tomato, cashew pieces)
- Proud parent sidenote: I fixed my salad in front of my kids who were eating pbj sandwiches and chex mix. My daughter then, seeing how yummy my salad looked, asked for salad too. And she ate most of it. (My daughter doesn't taste anything green usually.)
* Today was pretty good as far as eating healthy food. I could stand to eat less bread and more salad and fruit. But still... day 34 of P90X... DONE. G'nite all.
