- grilled chicken oriental salad (almonds, wontons, lettuce, spinach, mandarin oranges, grilled chicken..)
- Did have 2 wings (fried)
- water w/ lemon
- Today was supposed to be Cardio X, which is not a very intense workout for it to be Cardio. I needed way more Cardio than it was gonna give... especially because I'd had more Carbs in the last day than normal. It was SOOO HARD but SOOO Awesome. I was drenched at the end. I'll probably replace cardio X with Plyo again. (I'm doing P90X Lean program and for some reason Plyo isn't on my program. Anyone know why?)
